IN NO EVENT SHALL SEEKOOL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seekool and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit.
